Celebrating a Legacy of Leadership and Service
Genovasi University College is proud to celebrate our Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Puniamurthy Krishnasamy, whose remarkable career journey has been featured in *A Living History: Personal Recollections From The University Of Malaya.
The commemorative publication brings together the personal recollections of 40 contributors who played a part in shaping the history, culture and development of the University of Malaya (UM), particularly during its formative decades.
In his contribution, “Glimpses of My Journey as a Career Administrator at the University of Malaya,” Prof. Dr. Puniamurthy reflects on an extraordinary *35-year career at UM*, serving across several departments as a career administrator while also contributing to teaching.
His recollections offer valuable insights into the challenges, experiences and transformations that shaped Malaysia’s oldest university. More importantly, they represent the dedication of individuals whose service and leadership contributed to the growth of Malaysian higher education.
At Genovasi University College, we are immensely proud to have Prof. Dr. Puniamurthy as our Vice Chancellor. His wealth of experience, institutional knowledge and commitment to higher education continue to inspire our academic community and strengthen Genovasi’s journey towards excellence.
