建设全球“和”研究中心 开展全球“和”经济论坛
7月15日，中国海检产业集团与马来西亚和立大学就“一带一路”文化教育投资项目，在上海举行合作签约仪式。双方就中国海检产业集团参与投资马来西亚和立大学全球分校、建设全球“和”研究中心，和商EMBA、EDBA等创新教育项目，全球和商MBA俱乐部、全球和商产业联盟落地，开展全球“和”经济论坛等达成合作意向。
参加签约仪式的有马来西亚和立大学校长、世界“和”研究院主席倪政立，中国海检产业集团董事长刘言姝，世界“和”研究院创始主席寇北辰等。
2011年成立的马来西亚和立大学以新时代“和”管理思想研究成果、德国波茨坦哈索·普拉特纳研究院为学术和技术两大支撑，通过十大教育学科建设，与世界知名大学合作培育精英人才，促进政府、组织、商业、家庭和个人生活的和平、和睦、和谐，推动解决商业信用、职业道德等问题。目前，学校的第一届硕士已顺利结业。
中国海检产业集团是一家以金融投资、大宗商品进出口、文化产业投资等为主营业务的综合性企业，总部位于中国香港。资料显示，集团围绕国家发展战略大局，服务共建“一带一路”，业务涵盖亚洲、美洲、非洲、欧洲等大洲的几十个国家和地区，已发展成为国际产业合作、产业项目国际咨询招商、渠道融资对接等综合性窗口平台。
签约仪式上，马来西亚和立大学校长倪政立介绍，今年是中马建立全面战略伙伴关系10周年，明年将迎来两国建交50周年。中国倡议的人类命运共同体理念同马来西亚提出的“昌明大马”理念高度契合，旨在深化文明交流对话、维护国际公平正义，为完善全球化治理作出积极贡献。和立大学因“和”而立，致力于以新时代“和”管理思想理论体系促进教育学科创新，建设承担和平道义与和谐责任的大学，愿意与全球拥有同样理想的伙伴展开深入合作。
中国海检产业集团董事长刘言姝表示，马来西亚是东南亚地区积极响应“一带一路”倡议的国家，是21世纪海上丝绸之路的重要节点。此次与新时代“和”管理思想国际转化授权单位马来西亚和立大学深化合作，对“一带一路”文化先行具有积极意义。

Established in 2011, with the research results of “He” management thought in the new era and the Harso Plattner Institute in Potsdam as the academic and technical support, through the construction of ten major educational disciplines, it cooperates with world-renowned universities to cultivate elite talents, promote the peace, harmony and harmony of government, organization, business, family and personal life, and promote the solution of problems such as business credit and professional ethics.
